• Access and retention: customers manage data-retention policies and can access, download, or delete recordings as needed.
• No secondary use: data is not used by Hafen for marketing, analytics, or any purpose outside the customer’s operations unless expressly permitted.
• Secure deletion: upon contract termination or at the customer’s request, all stored data is securely deleted.

Product Registration and Warranty Information

When you register a Hafen product at safehafen.com/register or make a warranty claim, we collect the details you give us: company and contact information, the installation site address, installer details, serial numbers and purchase information. We use this information to verify and administer your warranty, support your units, and send firmware updates and safety notices for your registered products. We send product news only if you ask for it. We keep this information in our customer relationship management system and do not sell it.
